MSA representatives were invited and attended a seminar on “Controls, Fairness and Commitment in Organizations held in September at Rocketdyne.

The speaker at this seminar was Gipsie Ranney, a Demming Medal Winner, and also an accomplished statistician, widely respected by world class manufacturing companies.

The attendance at this seminar by MSA representatives is in keeping with the commitment of MSA Team Members to continuous improvement. Continuous improvement does not end with manufacturing processes. Continuous improvement includes our corporate culture and relationships as well.

The seminar reconfirmed for MSA its commitment to all MSA employees to provide them with a sense of dignity and worth, fair treatment and opportunities to learn and grow. An example of this is our English as a Second Language program started for interested employees in September.
