Representatives of MS Aerospace visited with a new customer in July. This customer is a new start up company called HB Fasteners (HB), and it is located in the Greater Phoenix area, Arizona.
HB is exciting to MSA because it is a new distributor and the principals of the company have a great amount of experience and expertise in the fastener field. Both principals of the small, minority owned business are former HPG Consumable Solutions and Honeywell executives. Having this background makes it easier for them to understand MSA since both of those companies are large customers of MSA.

HB will be driven by a proprietary CRM/ERP system that is designed to digitally procure and sell its inventory. HB will be supporting many of the major OEMS, most of which are also supported by MSA. One of the early customers jumping to support HB is Goodrich. MSA has had a long standing supporting relationship with Goodrich that MSA is still trying to grow. As a result we look to HB as a potential partner in expanding MSA’s supporting role for Goodrich requirements.

MSA is excited about this new customer, and we are looking forward to growing the relationship.
